The ancient Parish of Norton is split by the A38 road running from Gloucester to Tewkesbury. To the east is Priors Norton and St Mary’s Church; to the west Cold Elm and Bishops Norton on the road to Wainlodes. Norton is in the Severn Vale South Ward of Tewkesbury Borough Council.
